为探讨门静脉动脉化重建肝血流后对肝脏再生的影响 ,作者建立了门静脉动脉化重建肝脏血流加行半肝切除 (43 % )的梗阻性黄疸大鼠实验模型 ,分别在术后 3天和 10天取出肝脏烘干称重、光镜下计数进入有丝分裂期的肝细胞和分离肝细胞进行流式细胞仪分析 ,以观察肝脏再生的情况。结果显示 ,实验组术后 3天和10天测定的肝脏干重与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;进入有丝分裂期的肝细胞计数与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;流式细胞仪测得的进入G2 和M期的肝细胞与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。提示行门静脉动脉化重建肝血流不影响肝脏的再生
To investigate the effect of portal vein arterialization on liver regeneration after reconstructing hepatic blood flow, the authors established an experimental model of portal vein arterial reconstructing hepatic blood flow plus hemihepatectomy (43%) in rats with obstructive jaundice, respectively 3 days after surgery. After 10 days, livers were weighed out, weighed, and counted under a light microscope to enter mitotic hepatocytes and isolate hepatocytes for flow cytometry analysis to observe liver regeneration. The results showed that there was no significant difference in liver dry weight measured between the 3rd and 10th day after surgery in the experimental group compared with the control group (P > 0.05); there was no significant difference between the liver cell counts entering the mitosis and the control group (P). > 0 0 5 ; Flow cytometry measured hepatocytes entering the G2 and M phases had no significant difference compared with the control group (P > 0 05). Prompt arterialization of portal vein for reconstruction of hepatic blood flow does not affect liver regeneration
