四川省盐边县益民乡某村村民鲍某来信称:我担任村委会主任已经十几个春秋,这届又连任,而原来的村支书和村文书都被调整,他们对村集体的收支、财务不公开,不按制度办事。为扭转这种局面,我上任后召集村委会其他两个委员商量,决定对村文书进行调换,报乡党委后不同意,支书也不同意换。请问,村委会无权调整村文书吗?
