冰冻圈作为下垫面的一个重要组成部分 ,与大气处于不断的相互作用过程中。文中主要研究了北极海冰与中国华北地区降水的关系。研究结果揭示了中国区域与北半球季尺度气候变异前期北极海冰“强信号”现象。探讨了中国华北地区旱涝前期北极海冰特征 ,比较了华北旱涝前期北极海冰相关区域特征分布 ,并揭示出北极海冰“强信号”区与中国区域夏季降水的相关分布 ,分析了北极海冰“强信号”区对华北地区夏季旱涝影响的动力结构特征。
Cryosphere as an important part of the underlying surface, in constant interaction with the atmosphere in the process. The paper mainly studies the relationship between Arctic sea ice and precipitation in North China. The results of the study reveal the “strong signal” of Arctic sea ice in the pre-climatic regions of the seasonal scale in China and in the northern hemisphere. This paper discusses the characteristics of Arctic ice in the early Droughts and Floods in North China, compares the distribution of Arctic ice with the North China before and after the Drought and Flood in North China, and reveals the correlation distribution between the “Strong Signal” of Arctic sea ice and summer precipitation in China.
