设计制作3个高阻尼黏弹性阻尼器,对其进行变形相关性和频率相关性的性能试验、疲劳性能试验及老化性能试验,以最大剪应力、存储剪切模量和等效黏滞阻尼比为指标研究阻尼器的性能规律,采用通用Bouc-Wen计算模型模拟其滞回曲线,并对比模拟结果和试验结果。研究结果表明:该阻尼器滞回曲线饱满、力学性能稳定,具有较强的耗能性能和大变形能力,抗疲劳性能和抗老化性能良好。变形对该新型高阻尼黏弹性阻尼器力学性能指标的影响明显,加载频率对其影响较小。Bouc-Wen模型的模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好。
Three high damping viscoelastic dampers are designed and manufactured, and their deformation correlation and frequency dependence performance test, fatigue performance test and aging performance test are designed. The maximum shear stress, storage shear modulus and equivalent viscous damping ratio As an index to study the performance of the damper, the general Bouc-Wen calculation model was used to simulate the hysteresis curve, and the simulation results and the experimental results were compared. The results show that the damper has full hysteresis curve, stable mechanical properties, strong energy dissipation capacity and large deformation capacity, good fatigue resistance and aging resistance. The effect of deformation on the mechanical properties of the new high-viscoelastic viscoelastic damper is obvious, and the influence of loading frequency is small. The simulation results of Bouc-Wen model are in good agreement with the experimental results.
