目的:对甲状腺癌p16基因的描述及临床意义的探讨。方法:应用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光染色技术,对甲状腺癌和甲状腺癌细胞P16基因蛋白表达进行定量研究。结果:甲状腺癌P16蛋白表达量明显低于甲状腺腺瘤(P<0.01);P16蛋白表达随甲状腺恶性程度的增高而下降(P<0.05)。结论:P16基因失活与甲状腺癌发生有关,P16蛋白表达缺失与肿瘤分化不良有关,可作为临床判断肿瘤分化程度和预后的参考指标之一。
Objective: To describe the clinical significance of p16 gene in thyroid cancer. Methods: The expression of P16 protein in thyroid carcinoma and thyroid carcinoma cells was quantitatively studied by flow cytometry and immunofluorescence staining. Results: The expression of P16 protein in thyroid cancer was significantly lower than that in thyroid adenoma (P <0.01). The expression of P16 protein decreased with the increase of thyroid malignancy (P <0.05). Conclusion: The inactivation of P16 gene is associated with the occurrence of thyroid carcinoma. The loss of P16 protein is associated with poorly differentiated tumor, which may be used as a reference index to determine the degree of tumor differentiation and prognosis.
