目的调查江门市妇幼保健院0～2岁儿童接种七价肺炎球菌结合疫苗(PCV-7)的情况,探讨影响接种PCV-7的因素,为本地区儿童开展PCV-7接种提供科学的依据。方法对我院辖区772名0～2岁儿童家长开展问卷调查,掌握儿童接种PCV-7情况。结果儿童PCV-7第一针至第四针接种率分别为28.37%、18.13%、10.49%、3.00%;PCV-7接种率在孕产期高危因素、经济水平、母亲文化程度之间进行比较(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;性别、户籍比较(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义;家长对PCV-7知识知晓率普遍偏低。结论儿童PCV-7接种率受众多因素的影响,今后应加强对儿童计划免疫的管理,对儿童的父母开展各种形式的健康教育,宣传PCV-7接种免疫及防病知识,提高儿童的PCV-7接种率,减少相应传染病发病率。
Objective To investigate the situation of PCV-7 vaccinated children aged 0-2 years in MCH hospital of Jiangmen City to investigate the factors affecting PCV-7 inoculation and to provide a scientific basis for PCV-7 inoculation in children in this area. Methods A total of 772 parents of children aged 0 ~ 2 years in our hospital were surveyed to investigate the situation of children vaccinated with PCV-7. Results The inoculation rates of PCV-7 from the first stitch to the fourth stitch were 28.37%, 18.13%, 10.49% and 3.00% respectively. The PCV-7 inoculation rate was compared among the risk factors of maternal stage, economic level and mother’s education level (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in gender and household registration (P> 0.05). The awareness rate of parents about PCV-7 knowledge was generally low. Conclusion The vaccination rate of PCV-7 in children is affected by many factors. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the management of planned immunization of children, carry out various forms of health education for children’s parents, promote PCV-7 vaccination and disease prevention knowledge, and increase children’s PCV -7 vaccination rate, reduce the incidence of the corresponding infectious diseases.
