目的探讨超声刀在高位肛瘘手术中对出血量、疼痛、手术时间及伤口愈合时间的影响。方法 98例高位单纯性肛瘘患者,其中58例采用超声刀行高位单纯性肛瘘切除挂线术治疗（超声刀组）,40例采用电刀行高位单纯性肛瘘切除挂线术治疗（电刀组）,对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛及伤口愈合时间。结果与电刀组相比,超声刀组术中出血量、手术时间、术后疼痛、伤口愈合时间均明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论超声刀行高位肛瘘术可明显缩短患者手术时间,减少术中出血量,减轻患者疼痛,加快伤口愈合。
