1995年8月11日,四川北川县,遭受了特大洪灾袭击。全县16个乡镇受灾,造成8人死亡,200多人受伤,78人下落不明。直接经济损失1.621亿元。
On August 11, 1995, Beichuan County in Sichuan suffered a devastating flood. Eighty-six people were killed and more than 200 were injured in 16 towns in the county, leaving 78 missing. Direct economic loss of 161.2 million yuan.
