目的:总结恶性脑膜瘤的CT、MRI影像学特征,以提高其诊断准确率。方法:回顾性分析经手术与病理证实的17例恶性脑膜瘤的CT、MRI影像学表现,并结合文献进行复习。结果:恶性脑膜瘤多形态不规则,其密度或信号多不均匀,脑膜尾征多粗短而不规则。增强扫描大多呈不均匀强化。结论:恶性脑膜瘤的CT、MRI表现具有一定的特异性。
Objective: To summarize the CT and MRI features of malignant meningiomas in order to improve their diagnostic accuracy. Methods: The CT and MRI findings of 17 cases of malignant meningiomas confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed and reviewed. Results: Malignant meningiomas were irregular in shape and irregular in density or signal. The meningeal tail signs were more stubby and irregular. Most of the enhanced scan showed uneven enhancement. Conclusion: The CT and MRI findings of malignant meningioma have certain specificity.
