企业的发展必须全心全意依靠职工,必须有一支稳定的、高素质的职工队伍,企业才能健康发展。准确把握企业职工队伍特点,才能正确引导职工心往一处想,劲往一处使,汇聚职工智慧,为职工搭建实现自我价值的能力和机会平台。本文试论新形势下职工队伍特点及其对策思考,以适应企业各级党组织和党务工作者对思想政治工作研究与开展。
The development of enterprises must rely wholeheartedly on staff and workers, must have a stable, high-quality workforce, enterprises can develop healthily. Accurately grasp the characteristics of the workforce of enterprises in order to guide workers to a proper heart, trying to make a place, gathering wisdom of staff and workers to build self-worth and capacity of the platform. This article discusses the characteristics of workers and staff members in the new situation and their countermeasures to adapt to the party organizations and party workers at all levels of enterprise research and development of ideological and political work.
