目的:本文比较L-精氨酸和氯贝特(Clofibrate)抗动脉粥样硬化的效能。方法:40只雄性大耳白兔随机等分为4组。正常对照组、动脉粥样硬化对照组、氯贝特组和L-精氨酸组(每组10只)。实验开始前及实验第10周,抽血检测血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。实验结束时处死动物,取出主动脉做病理检查。结果:氯贝特可使总胆固醇降低9%~15%(P<0.05),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低12%~21%(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高22%~31%(P<0.05),而L-精氨酸对总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇无明显影响。正常对照组、L-精氨酸组、氯贝特组和动脉粥样硬化对照组的主动脉内膜斑块面积占整条主动脉内膜面积的百分比分别为:0%、8±2%、23±3%及41±5%,L-精氨酸组及氯贝特组均显著小于动脉粥样硬化对照组(P分别为<0.01及<0.05)。内膜厚度在L-精氨酸组及氯贝特组亦显著小于动脉粥样硬化对照组(P分别为<0.01及<0.05)。另外,L-精氨酸组的主动脉内膜斑块面积及内膜厚度均显著低于氯贝特组(P均<0.05)。结论:同氯贝特相比,L-精氨酸可显著抑制兔主动?
Aims: This article compares the anti-atherogenic efficacy of L-arginine and Clofibrate. Methods: Forty male white rabbits were equally divided into 4 groups. Normal control group, atherosclerosis control group, clofibrate group and L-arginine group (10 rats in each group). Before the start of the experiment and the 10th week of the experiment, serum total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol were measured by blood sampling. Animals were sacrificed at the end of the experiment and the aorta removed for pathological examination. Results: Clofibrate could reduce total cholesterol by 9% -15% (P <0.05), low density lipoprotein cholesterol by 12% -21% (P <0.05) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol by 22 % ~ 31% (P <0.05), while L-arginine had no significant effect on total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol. The percentage of aortic intimal areas in the normal control group, L-arginine group, clofibrate group and atherosclerosis control group were 0%, 8 ± 2% , 23 ± 3% and 41 ± 5% respectively. The L-arginine group and clofibrate group were significantly less than those in the atherosclerotic control group (P <0.01 and <0.05, respectively). Intimal thickness was also significantly less in the L-arginine and clofibrate groups than in the atherosclerotic control group (P <0.01 and <0.05, respectively). In addition, the aortic intimal area and intima-thickness in L-arginine group were significantly lower than those in the clofibrate group (all P <0.05).
