患者倪××,(住院号22756),男,46岁,垣曲人,系有色金属公司冶炼厂工人,于1982年9月12号,急症就诊,经会诊,拟胆囊炎。当日行剖腹探查,术中发现为坏疽性胆囊炎,即行胆囊切除。术后第三天,患者诉排尿疼痛,当日留尿常规化验,尿内有活动性的微丝蚴数拾条,重复留尿检验两次,结果一样。术后转科检查:体温36.2℃,脉搏76次/分,血压110/90毫米汞柱,发育正常,营养较差,面色苍
