目的 探讨男性性功能障碍与生殖激素的关系。方法 利用放免分析技术，分别测定了男性性功能障碍患者血清中 Ｆ Ｓ Ｈ、 Ｌ Ｈ、 Ｐ Ｒ Ｌ 和 Ｔ 水平。结果 男性性功能障碍组血清 Ｆ Ｓ Ｈ、 Ｌ Ｈ 值较正常升高； Ｐ Ｒ Ｌ显著的上升，而 Ｔ 也有明显的变化。结论 男性性功能障碍患者与生殖激素有着重要关系。
Objective To explore the relationship between male sexual dysfunction and reproductive hormones. Methods The levels of F S H, L H, P R L and T in sera of male patients with sexual dysfunction were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of F S H and L H in the male sexual dysfunction group were higher than those in the normal group. The P R L was significantly increased, while the T was also significantly changed. Conclusion Male sexual dysfunction patients and reproductive hormones have an important relationship.
