近年来,银行理财业务如火如荼地开展,在理财市场中占有重要的地位。根据2008年的相关数据表示,银行理财产品已稳居理财市场的第一位,规模超过其他类别理财产品的总和,成为推动国内理财市场发展的重要力量。然而,在银行理财业务迅猛发展的同时,越来越多的问题也显现出来。在理财业务的法律框架和法律规范缺失的情况下,客户合法权益极易受到侵害。文章通过论述我国银行个人理财客户合法权益受到侵害的情形,分析存在的原因,并提出了建议。
In recent years, the banking wealth management business is in full swing, occupying an important position in the wealth management market. According to the relevant figures in 2008, bank wealth management products have ranked first in the wealth management market and surpassed the sum of other wealth management products, making them an important force in promoting the development of the domestic wealth management market. However, while the bank’s wealth management business is booming, more and more problems have also emerged. In the absence of a legal framework and legal norms governing financial services, the legitimate rights and interests of clients are easily infringed upon. By discussing the infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of personal finance customers in our country, this article analyzes the existing reasons and puts forward some suggestions.
