1985～1992年,我们共行鼻部手术813例,术后继发性出血58例,占7.13%。临床资料一、一般情况本组男39例,女19例。年龄12～68岁。术前血压、血常规、血小板、出凝血时间、凝血酶原时间均在正常范围内。二、手术种类和继发性出血原因 813例手术,鼻息肉摘除术252例,术后出血15例(5.95%);鼻中隔矫正术232例,术后出血18例(7.75%);鼻下甲部分切除术231例,术后出血17例(7.35%);上颌窦根治术73例,术后出血5例(6.84%);上颌窦筛窦肿瘤切除术18例,术后出血2例(11.11%);鼻咽纤维血管瘤切除术7例,术后出血1例(14.28%)。找到明确出血原因的有:鼻中隔矫正术中粘膜损伤处出血10例,肿瘤或息肉组织残留引起出血7例,下鼻甲切除术后粘膜创面出血6例,鼻中隔矫正术后
