Huangpi District of Hubei Province made use of the opportunity of the pilot construction of health management in Hubei Province to establish a health management consortium and promote health management services so as to achieve the reform and innovation of the medical service mechanism. Mechanism Innovation of the Commonwealth Community Huangpi District integrates the medical and health resources in the whole region and the People’s Hospital and the District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital set up two major health management consortia (referred to as “Health Consortia”) respectively with 12 and 8 hospitals in the district to achieve The original medical treatment center as the center of the escalator upgrade.
