当前我国经济结构中的城乡二元化特征比较突出,城乡二元经济结构阻碍了我国农业发展、农村劳动力转移、农民收入和农民整体素质的提高。促进我国经济协调平衡发展的根本出路在于消除城乡二元经济结构,应当从推进工业化城市化进程、改革配套制度、促进劳动力转移、调整产业结构、增加财政投入等几个方面着手。 At present, the dual characteristics of urban and rural areas in our country’s economic structure are quite prominent. The dual economic structure of urban and rural areas has hindered the development of agriculture, the transfer of rural labor force, the income of farmers and the improvement of the overall quality of farmers. The fundamental way to promote the coordinated and balanced development of our economy is to eliminate the dual economic structure in urban and rural areas. We should proceed from promoting the process of industrialization and urbanization, reforming the supporting system, promoting the transfer of labor force, adjusting the industrial structure and increasing financial input.
