作者研究了犬股骨干骨折用加压钢板治疗的愈合过程。实验结果是在X线上表现骨折间隙逐渐增宽和骨折端硬化,在组织学上骨折端骨坏死和被吸收;骨折愈合率很低。作者分析了骨折愈合失败的原因是由于不规格的不锈钢板和过分的加压力。
The authors studied the healing process of dogs with femoral shaft fractures treated with compression plates. The experimental results show that in the X-ray fracture gap gradually broaden and fracture end sclerosis, histology fracture necrosis and was absorbed; fracture healing rate is very low. The authors analyzed the failure of the fracture healing due to the irregular stainless steel plate and excessive pressure.
