目的 研究 MN92 0 2 (6 -二甲基 - 4- (3-硝基苯基 ) - 1,4-二氢 - 3,5 -吡啶二羧酸 - 3-甲酯 - 5 -正戊酯 )对高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化的治疗效果及其机制 .方法 40只 SD大鼠随机分为正常组 ,高脂组 ,MN92 0 2 1,3和 5 mg· kg- 1 组 .每日记录饮食 ,体质量 ;每月测量血压 .3mo后测血浆胆固醇 (CT) ,甘油三脂 (TG) ,低密度脂蛋白 (L DL- c) ,高密度脂蛋白 (HDL- c)血清丙二醛 (MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD) ,并用光镜和电镜观察主动脉的组织学变化 .结果 高脂组 CT,L DL - c,MDA明显升高 .MN92 0 2 3mg· kg- 1 和 MN92 0 2 5 mg·kg- 1 组 CT值从 (10 .7± 1.6 ) mmol· L- 1 分别降到 (6 .9±2 .4) m mol· L- 1 和 (5 .2± 2 .1) mmol· L- 1 ,L DL - c从 (7.6±2 .0 ) mmol·L- 1分别降到 (3.1± 1.0 ) mmol· L- 1和 (2 .6±1.3) mmol· L- 1 .MDA从 (2 .9± 1.0 ) mmol· L- 1分别降到(1.4± 0 .9) mmol· L- 1 和 (1.2± 0 .7) mmol· L- 1 .组织形态学显示 ,高脂组动物主动脉壁不完整 ,内皮细胞出现空泡 ,平滑肌细胞增殖 ,并见脂滴 .MN92 0 2 5 mg· kg- 1组的上述变化较对照组和其他给药组明显减轻 .结论 MN92 0 2抗高脂血症和阻止动脉粥样硬化发展的机制 ,可能与降低血浆CT和 L DL - c及
Aim To study the effect of MN92 0 2 (6 - dimethyl - 4- (3 - nitrophenyl) -1,4 - dihydro - 3,5 - dipicolinate - 3 - methyl - On the treatment of hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis and its mechanism.Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, high fat group, MN92 0 2 1,3 and 5 mg · kg- The blood pressure was measured every month.
