目的:研究舒乐洗剂治疗VVC的作用机制。方法:建立ICR小鼠白念珠菌阴道炎模型,分组给药后分离提取小鼠阴道灌洗液总RNA,反转录成cDNA,采用RT-PCR技术,检测给药前后各组小鼠阴道分泌物中白念珠菌的毒力基因HWP1及SAP表达情况。结果:模型对照组小鼠阴道内白念珠菌毒力基因HWP1和侵袭酶SAP2、SAP4、SAP5呈高表达状态,与模型组比较,舒乐洗剂组小鼠HWP1基因和侵袭酶SAP2、SAP4、SAP5的表达显著降低。结论:舒乐洗剂能够抑制毒力基因HWP1和SAP的表达,可能是其治疗VVC的作用机制。
Objective: To study the mechanism of Shuxe Lotion in treating VVC. Methods: The ICR mice model of Candida albicans vaginitis were established. The total RNA of vaginal lavage fluid of mice was isolated and extracted after group administration, and then transcribed into cDNA. RT-PCR was used to detect vaginal secretion Candida albicans virulence genes HWP1 and SAP expression.
