沥青混合料的开放交通温度对路面大修工程交通保畅与安全以及沥青混凝土路面的稳定性都至关重要。通过4种沥青混合料不同温度下的车辙动稳定度试验,分析了温度对沥青混合料高温变形能力的影响,依据车辙深度与温度的关系,得出了不同沥青混合料适宜的开放交通温度:普通基质沥青混合料适宜的开放交通温度最好不高于50℃,改性沥青可放宽到60℃,一般SMA和OGFC混合料可放宽到70℃。
Asphalt Mixture Opening Traffic temperature is paramount to pavement maintenance and safety as well as asphalt pavement stability. Based on the dynamic stability test of four kinds of asphalt mixture at different temperatures, the influence of temperature on the high temperature deformation capacity of asphalt mixture was analyzed. According to the relationship between rutting depth and temperature, the suitable open traffic temperature of different asphalt mixture was obtained: Ordinary matrix asphalt mixture suitable for the best open traffic temperature is not higher than 50 ℃, modified asphalt can be relaxed to 60 ℃, the general SMA and OGFC mixture can be relaxed to 70 ℃.
