本文研究了42CrMo钢不同的强塑性配合与δ_(bn)、η_n、δ_(-1)和气缸螺栓疲劳寿命的关系。试验结果表明,材料的疲劳寿命虽然主要取决于材料的强度,但并非只是随强度(或塑性)单值的变化而变化,而是与强度和塑性的配合是否适当有关,与α_k值无直接关系。因此,过高地追求α_k值是不必要的。
In this paper, the relationship between the strength and fatigue life of 42CrMo steel and the δ_ (bn), η_n, δ_ (- 1) and the cylinder bolts were studied. The experimental results show that the fatigue life of the material depends not only on the strength of the material, but not on the single value of the strength (or plasticity) but on the adequacy of strength and plasticity, and has no direct relationship with the value of α_k . Therefore, it is not necessary to pursue the α_k value too much.
