凿岩台车的钻臂是工作定位机构,确保凿岩机在准确的、稳定的条件下工作。以AtlasCopco公司2012年的D7凿岩台车的钻臂为模型,分析其钻臂由圆柱形结构改进为方形结构的安全性能,为今后国内自主生产凿岩台车钻臂提供理论参考。
The drill arm of a rock drilling rig is a work positioning mechanism to ensure that the rock drill works under accurate and stable conditions. Taking the drilling arm of Atlas Copco 2012 D7 drill rig as a model, the safety performance of the drill arm from a cylindrical structure to a square structure is analyzed, which provides a theoretical reference for independently manufacturing the drill arm of a drilling rig in the future.
