目的利用生物电阻抗法,分析甘肃东乡族成人脂肪含量及分布随年龄变化特点。方法采用横断面整群分层随机抽样方法,选取491例甘肃省东乡族自治县东乡族成人为研究对象,应用体成分分析仪测量脂肪组织相关体成分指标。结果在总体人群及各个年龄组,甘肃东乡族成年女性的总脂肪量、皮下脂肪含量、躯干及四肢脂肪量均高于男性(P<0.01);内脏脂肪含量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。随着年龄的增长,男、女性内脏脂肪含量均呈上升趋势。男、女性皮下脂肪含量、躯干脂肪量总体呈上升趋势,20岁年龄组到40岁年龄组上升最快,在50岁年龄组稍有下降,此后呈缓慢上升趋势。女性左上肢脂肪量呈持续上升状态,20岁年龄组到40岁年龄组上升较快,此后上升速度放缓;男性总体呈上升趋势,20岁年龄组到40岁年龄组上升较快,在50岁年龄组稍有下降,此后呈缓慢上升趋势。男、女性右上肢脂肪量、双下肢脂肪量均在40岁年龄组达峰值后呈下降趋势。结论甘肃东乡族成年女性除内脏脂肪外,其余身体各部位的脂肪含量均高于男性。随着年龄的增长,甘肃东乡族成人的脂肪含量均发生变化,不同性别、不同部位的脂肪变化趋势略有不同,但内脏脂肪含量和女性左上肢脂肪量一直呈上升趋势,50岁年龄组是各部位脂肪含量发生趋势改变的时间点。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of fat content and distribution of fat of Dongxiang people in Gansu province with age by bioelectrical impedance method. Methods A total of 491 adults in Dongxiang ethnic group in Dongxiang Autonomous County of Gansu Province were selected as study subjects by stratified cluster stratified random sampling method. Body composition analyzer was used to measure body composition index of adipose tissue. Results In the total population and all age groups, the total fat, subcutaneous fat content, trunk and limb fat of adult female in Dongxiang ethnic group were higher than male (P <0.01), while there was no significant difference in visceral fat content (P> 0.05) . With age, male and female visceral fat content showed an upward trend. Male and female subcutaneous fat content, trunk fat mass showed an upward trend, the 20-year-old group to 40-year-old age group rose the fastest, a slight decline in the 50-year-old age group, then a slow upward trend. The amount of fat in left upper limbs of women continued to increase, while in 20-year-old group to 40-year-old group rose rapidly and then increased slowly. The male was on the whole upward trend, while in 20-year-old group to 40-year-old group, The age group dropped slightly, then slowly rising. Male and female right upper limb fat mass, both lower extremity fat mass in the 40-year-old group peaked after a downward trend. Conclusion In addition to the visceral fat, adult fat in Dongxiang tribe in Gansu is higher than that in other parts of the body. With the increase of age, the fat content of Dongxiang nationality adults in Gansu changed. The trend of fat change in different sexes and parts was slightly different, but the content of visceral fat and the amount of left upper limb fat in female had a rising trend.
