用红外光谱法测定催化剂表面酸的类型,一般是以吡啶等为吸附质来进行的。吡啶吸附在质子酸中心时,在1545cm~(-1)处有吸收,可作为质子酸(B酸)的度量。吡啶吸附在路易斯酸中心时,在1450cm~(-1)处有吸收,可作为路易斯酸(L酸)的度量。因此,通过测定吸附态吡啶的红外光谱特征吸收,可以确定催化剂表面酸的类型和酸度。在本文中,我们对超稳定Y型分子筛的酸性,以及热处理与酸类型和酸强度的关系进行了研究,并建立了定量方法。
Determination of the type of acid on the surface of the catalyst by infrared spectroscopy is generally carried out using pyridine as adsorbate. When pyridine adsorbs in the center of protonic acid, it has absorption at 1545cm -1, which can be used as a measure of protonic acid (B acid). When pyridine is adsorbed on the Lewis acid center, it absorbs at 1450cm -1 and can be used as a measure of Lewis acid (L acid). Therefore, the acid type and acidity of the catalyst surface can be determined by measuring the characteristic absorption of the infrared spectrum of the adsorbed pyridine. In this paper, we studied the acidity of ultrastable Y zeolites and the relationship between heat treatment and acid type and acid strength, and established a quantitative method.
