柴油机的燃油系统在整机运转中的作用至关重要。随着柴油机不断强化,高压油管承受着高压脉冲负荷和高频振动的作用,因而时常发生管接头漏泄和油管疲劳裂纹等故障,已成为高强化柴油机的薄弱环节之一。本文就16V280ZJ型柴油机高压油管进行了试验分析和研究,摸索出设计和工艺的改进方法,以提高高压油管的运用可靠性。最后指出,采用30CrMnSiA材质的高压油管在16V280ZJ型柴油机上的应用是可行的,对其它同类机型的高压油管的研制也具有一定的参考价值。
Diesel engine fuel system in the operation of the role is crucial. With the continuous strengthening of diesel engines, high-pressure tubing suffers from high-pressure pulse load and high-frequency vibration, so frequent failures such as pipe joint leakage and oil pipe fatigue crack have become one of the weak points of high-strength diesel engine. In this paper, 16V280ZJ diesel engine high-pressure tubing was analyzed and researched, to explore the design and process improvement methods to improve the reliability of high-pressure tubing. Finally, it is pointed out that the use of 30CrMnSiA high-pressure tubing in the 16V280ZJ diesel engine is feasible, and other similar models of high-pressure tubing development also has some reference value.
