一、设计目的和要求设计这种小型电磁离合器的目的是在机电模拟式指挥仪中用作自动计算过程的控制元件。电磁离合器由于有结构简单、操作方便、动作快、维护简便等优点,所以已被广泛应用在各种控制系统及随动系统中解决自动化传动问题。根据指挥仪中所用的电源,将电磁离合器设计成24伏与110伏两种类型。这两种电磁离合器的差异,仅仅在于线圈的匝数和绕制线圈所用的导线直径不同,其它都相同。电磁离合器的主要技术指标:

DESIGN PURPOSE AND REQUIREMENTS The purpose of designing such a miniature electromagnetic clutch is to be used as a control element in the automatic calculation process in an electromechanical analog pilot.
