目的探讨4类常见传染性疾病在健康体检人员中的检出情况,了解传染病的发病趋势,提倡健康体检,科学预防,提高国民健康素质。方法选取2013年-2015年来我院体检且检查项目包括传染病检测的成年体检人员12 264例,其中男6 637例,女5 627例,年龄最小18岁,最大91岁。对4类传染病检验结果进行分类统计,采用Excel 2007和SPSS 20.0进行统计学分析。结果 4类传染病检出结果分析显示,男性传染病总检出率高于女性。4类传染病中以乙肝的检出率最高,为7.39%,其次是丙肝0.42%,梅毒和HIV的检出率分别为0.18%和0.06%。乙肝检出率最高的年龄段是45~49岁。检出率为9.16%。结论人群中乙肝的检出率仍较高,乙肝免疫空白人群仍存在,提倡中年人群注射乙肝疫苗非常必要。传染病早起多症状隐匿,不特异,健康体检可以帮助早发现、早诊断、早治疗。
Objective To explore the detection of four kinds of common infectious diseases in health examination staff, understand the trend of infectious diseases, advocate healthy physical examination, scientific prevention and improve the national health quality. Methods A total of 12 264 adult medical examinations including physical examination of infectious diseases were collected from 2013 to 2015 in our hospital. There were 6 637 males and 5 627 females, the youngest being 18 years old and the oldest being 91 years old. The test results of four types of infectious diseases were classified and statistically analyzed with Excel 2007 and SPSS 20.0. Results The analysis of the detection results of 4 types of infectious diseases showed that the total detection rate of male infectious diseases was higher than that of females. Among the four types of infectious diseases, the detection rate of hepatitis B was the highest (7.39%), followed by that of hepatitis C (0.42%). The detection rates of syphilis and HIV were 0.18% and 0.06% respectively. The highest detection rate of hepatitis B is 45 to 49 years of age. The detection rate was 9.16%. Conclusions The prevalence of hepatitis B in the population is still high, and the immune blank of hepatitis B still exists. It is very necessary to promote the middle-aged population to inject hepatitis B vaccine. Early symptoms of many infectious diseases occult, not specific, healthy physical examination can help early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment.
