承受和传递力任务的是车架。由此而引起的应力可能是变形和磨损的原因。变形和磨损可以通过高质量制造车架的方法来克服。在新制车架时,各个部分都是按样板制造的,在焊接设备上焊接和在加工工段中钻孔及磨削等。最终成品符合图纸要求。在新制中测量还可以采用安装量具和辅助装置用的基准面,由于在运用中出现磨损,所以在修理厂测量时要采用基准面是办不到的。因此必须在车架内做出平面系,这一平面系应当是车架上不会产生磨损和变形的部位。测量方法是建立在主平面、横向平面和纵向平面三个基准面之上的(图1)。平面间的所有角度均成直角,即相互
