对处于转型发展时期的中国来说,在经济飞速发展的同时,代际流动性与代际公平问题逐渐成为社会关注的问题之一。本文选取了CHNS数据库中的4个年份,将分解的思想运用到代际收入流动分析中,考察了近年来我国代际收入流动的特点及变迁,发现20年来我国代际收入流动性并没有得到改善,父代因素在解释子代收入差距中扮演越来越重要的角色,子代自身的努力效应正在减弱。
For China, which is in a period of transitional development, with rapid economic development, intergenerational mobility and intergenerational equity have gradually become one of the issues of concern to the community.
