以10 mmol/L甲磺酸作为吸收液,用多孔玻板吸收管采集工作场所空气中的乙醇胺,经阳离子分离柱分离,电导检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果显示,乙醇胺在2.5~30.0μg/ml范围内呈二次线性关系,相关系数为0.998;方法的检出限为0.09μg/ml,定量下限为0.30μg/ml。在采样体积为7.5 L时,工作场所空气中乙醇胺的最低检出浓度为0.12 mg/m3,最低定量浓度0.40 mg/m3。不同浓度的乙醇胺相对标准偏差为1.64%~3.79%,加标回收率为99.8%~101.6%。该方法检出限低,精密度高,适用于工作场所空气中乙醇胺的测定。
10 mmol / L methanesulfonic acid was used as the absorbing solution, and the ethanolamine in the air of the workplace was collected with a multi-well glass absorption tube. The mixture was separated by a cation separation column and detected by a conductivity detector. The retention time was qualitative and the peak area was quantified. The results showed that ethanolamine showed a quadratic linear relationship in the range of 2.5-30.0μg / ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.998. The detection limit was 0.09μg / ml and the limit of quantification was 0.30μg / ml. At a sampling volume of 7.5 L, the lowest detectable concentration of ethanolamine in the workplace air is 0.12 mg / m3 and the lowest quantitative concentration is 0.40 mg / m3. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of ethanolamine at different concentrations ranged from 1.64% to 3.79%, and the spiked recoveries ranged from 99.8% to 101.6%. The method has low detection limit and high precision and is suitable for the determination of ethanolamine in the air of the workplace.
