江苏省东海县委组织部周恒祥:报载,某地一单位决定,凡职工遵守社会公德和职业道德,都可按月领到一份占工资总额20%的“道德工资”。反之,如有不文明行为,除写出书面检查外,当月工资内的这一块部分或全部扣除。某报大加赞赏,称这种做法是健全社会公德的“一项有效措施”。然而,笔者读后,却有三点疑问:一疑“道德工资”始作俑者的出发点不够“正道”。或许该单位领导设立此项“结构工资”确确实实是为了弘扬社会公德和职业道德,但是不知他想过没有,道德的发扬光大靠钱去驱动是不是有点想当然?恐怕还是该单位的钱太多了,为了增加职工收入,巧立名目,乐得个职工高兴、领导满意,“大家”不亦乐乎?二疑“道德工资”设立
