运送重型货物的铁路货车的承载结构往往采用高强度钢制造,以便减轻货车自重和保证轮轴将额定载荷施于轨道之上。本文试对采用屈服极限σT≥784MPa的高强度热处理调质钢制造重载货车焊接结构的可能性进行探讨研究。
The load-bearing structure of railway wagons carrying heavy goods is often made of high-strength steel in order to reduce the weight of the wagons and to ensure that the axle loads the rated load above the rails. This paper attempts to explore the feasibility of using high strength heat-treated quenched and tempered steel with a yield strength σT ≥ 784MPa to manufacture welded structures of heavy-duty trucks.
