各省、市、自治区税务局,重庆市税务局:一九八二年各省、市、自治区税务局(西藏除外),对税收票证管理工作,普遍进行了一次清理检查。现将各地清理检查情况和加强票证管理的意见通报如下:(一)各地对一九八二年开展的税收票证检查工作都很重视,不仅进行了深入的清理检查,而且进行了认真的总结,工作有始有终。从这次清理检查看,大多数地区贯彻执行了制度规定,票证管理工作是比较好的,并涌现出一批票证工作的先进单位和先进个人。有些同志十几年、几十年如一日,对票证工作认真负
