利用Dynaform数值模拟软件和SVR支持向量机算法对影响焊缝移动的强度系数比、厚度比、压边力大小及分布、拉延筋阻力大小、凹模圆角半径、摩擦因数六个参数进行建模分析。通过对建模结果的分析比较可知,在强度比或厚度比一定条件下,随着参数选择的连续变化,焊缝移动量存在最小值;同时,利用所建模型可以对一定工艺参数下的拼焊板焊缝移动进行快速预测,节省了仿真计算时间,提高了工作效率,为拼焊板的焊缝移动控制提供新的思路和依据。
Dynaform numerical simulation software and SVR support vector machine algorithm were used to study the parameters of strength coefficient, thickness ratio, size and distribution of blank holder force, resistance of drawbead, die fillet radius and friction coefficient Modeling analysis. Through the analysis and comparison of the modeling results, we can see that under certain conditions of the ratio of strength or thickness, with the continuous change of parameter selection, there is the minimum value of the moving amount of the welding seam. Meanwhile, Weld seam welding to predict the rapid movement, saving simulation time, improve work efficiency, provide a new idea and basis for welding seam movement control.
