无论人或动物当机体进入年老时,免疫功能降低,同时传染病,自身免疫病和癌症的发病率亦随之增高。所以一般认为通过改善动物的免疫状况,可以防止或推迟这些疾病的发作,并能够延长它们的寿命,从而达到抗衰老的目的。我们实验室应用药物进行动物试验,来观察研究其对肠道免疫功能的影响,以揭示其药效和抗衰老的机理。材料与方法用20月令的小自鼠20只,分实验组和对照组各半。实验组每天5克五加参冲剂(哈尔滨中药一厂产品)饮服,对照组用常水。10天后各组杀死5只,肠道取材,常规切片染色,光镜观察。余下小白鼠按上述条件继续饲养,观
Regardless of the age of the human or animal when the organism enters old age, the immune function is reduced, and the incidence of infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases and cancer also increases. Therefore, it is generally believed that by improving the immune status of animals, the onset of these diseases can be prevented or postponed, and their lifespan can be prolonged to achieve the purpose of anti-aging. In our laboratory, we use drugs to conduct animal experiments to observe the effects on the immune function of the intestine to reveal its efficacy and anti-aging mechanism. Materials and Methods Twenty male mice of 20 months were used to divide the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group took 5 grams of five plus ginseng powder every day (Harbin Traditional Chinese Medicine Factory Product) and the control group used normal water. After 10 days, 5 mice in each group were sacrificed, and they were sampled from the intestine, stained with routine sections, and observed with a light microscope. The remaining mice continue to be raised according to the above conditions.
