瑞安新天地广场总高度149.9 m,由主楼和裙房两部分组成,裙房为超限高层结构。主要介绍该工程结构方案布置、嵌固端选取、基础设计、超长超厚混凝土有效构造措施;分析并判定主楼和裙房超限情况,并采取有效的加强措施。最后,通过两种计算软件结果的分析对比及弹性时程分析的补充计算,可知该工程建筑结构设计方案可行。
The total height of Shui’an Xintiandi Plaza is 149.9 m, which is composed of the main building and the podium. The podium is an overrun high-rise structure. Mainly introduces the layout of the project structure, selection of embedded end, basic design, effective construction measures for extra-long and super-thick concrete; analyzes and determines the overrun condition of the main building and podium, and takes effective measures for reinforcement. Finally, through the analysis and comparison of the results of the two kinds of calculation software and the supplementary calculation of the elastic time history analysis, it is found that the structural design of the project is feasible.
