目的探讨星形细胞瘤组织胰岛素样生长因子-2(insulin-like growth factor-2,IGF-2)、癌性抑制因子(cancerous inhibitor protein phosphatase 2A,CIP2A)、神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)、增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)及c-Myc蛋白表达情况及与病理分级的关系。方法星形细胞瘤患者50例,同期脑外伤患者50例,取手术切除星形细胞瘤组织标本(观察组),非功能区入路过程切除的正常脑组织标本(对照组),采用免疫组织化学法检测IGF-2、CIP2A、NGF、PCNA及c-Myc表达情况,分析IGF-2、CIP2A、NGF、PCNA及c-Myc表达与星形细胞瘤病理分级的关系。结果观察组IGF-2、CIP2A、NGF、PCNA、c-Myc阳性表达率分别为74.00%、56.00%、54.00%、56.00%、56.00%,对照组均为阴性;观察组病理分级Ⅲ~Ⅳ级者IGF-2、CIP2A、NGF、PCNA、c-Myc阳性表达率(97.22%、69.44%、69.44%、72.22%、69.44%)均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ级者(14.29%、21.43%、14.29%、14.29%、21.43%)(P<0.05)。结论星形细胞瘤组织IGF-2、CIP2A、NGF、PCNA及c-Myc呈高表达,且其表达水平与星形细胞瘤病理分级呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor-2 (IGF-2), cancerous inhibitor protein phosphatase 2A (CIP2A) and nerve growth factor (NGF) in astrocytoma ), The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and c-Myc, and the relationship with the pathological grade. Methods Fifty patients with astrocytomas and 50 patients with traumatic brain injury during the same period were enrolled in this study. The specimens of astrocytoma (observation group) were removed by surgery, and the normal brain tissue specimens (control group) The expression of IGF-2, CIP2A, NGF, PCNA and c-Myc were detected by chemical method. The relationship between the expression of IGF-2, CIP2A, NGF, PCNA and c-Myc and the pathological grade of astrocytoma was analyzed. Results The positive rates of IGF-2, CIP2A, NGF, PCNA and c-Myc in the observation group were respectively 74.00%, 56.00%, 54.00%, 56.00% and 56.00% The positive rates of IGF-2, CIP2A, NGF, PCNA and c-Myc were higher than those of grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ (97.22%, 69.44%, 69.44%, 72.22%, 69.44% , 14.29%, 21.43%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The expressions of IGF-2, CIP2A, NGF, PCNA and c-Myc in astrocytomas are highly expressed, and their expression levels are positively correlated with the pathological grade of astrocytoma.
