表面粗糙度值通常采用光切显微镜、干涉显微镜及触针式表面粗糙度测量仪进行测量,合理选用取样长度与评定长度对粗糙度值的评定起着重要作用。然而在仪器使用中常常未按标准规定实现取样长度与评定长度的选用,从而影响了测量结果的准确度。因此寻求一个取样长度、评定长度在仪器测量中的正确实施途径尤为必要。本文着重叙述了取样长度、评定长度在粗糙度测量中的重要性及如何选取、应用。
Surface roughness is usually measured by light-cutting microscope, interference microscope and stylus surface roughness measuring instrument. The proper choice of sampling length and evaluation length plays an important role in the evaluation of roughness. However, the use of instruments is often not as required by the standard sampling length and length of the evaluation of the selection, thus affecting the accuracy of measurement results. Therefore, it is necessary to find a proper sampling length and measure the correct length of the instrument in the measurement. This article focuses on the length of the sample, the length of the assessment of the importance of roughness measurement and how to select and apply.
