目的明确9个非CODIS STR(D2S1772、D6S1043、D7S3048、D8S1132、D11S2368、D12S391、D13S325、D18S1364和GATA198B05)的等位基因频率分布和遗传学参数。方法收集湖南省无血缘关系的汉族健康个体血液样本353份,分别进行DNA提取、扩增和分析。结果湖南汉族人群中共检测到114个等位基因,等位基因频率为0.001 0~0.323 0。9个非CODIS STR的基因型数据均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。研究的非CODIS STR的纯合度、杂合度、多态信息含量、个人识别率和非父排除率分别为0.108 0~0.195 0、0.805 0~0.892 0、0.770 0~0.860 0、0.925 0~0.966 0和0.607 0~0.780 0。结论 9个非CODIS STR具有高度多态性,其对于法医学个人识别和亲子鉴定有所帮助。
Objective To clarify allele frequency distribution and genetic parameters of nine non-CODIS STRs (D2S1772, D6S1043, D7S3048, D8S1132, D11S2368, D12S391, D13S325, D18S1364 and GATA198B05). Methods A total of 353 Han blood samples from unrelated Han nationality in Hunan Province were collected for DNA extraction, amplification and analysis. Results A total of 114 alleles were detected in Hunan Han population and the allele frequency was 0.001 0 ~ 0.323. The genotypes of 0.9 non-CODIS STRs were in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The heterozygosity, heterozygosity, polymorphism information content, personal identification rate and non-father exclusion rate of non-CODIS STR were 0.108 0 ~ 0.195 0,0.805 0 ~ 0.892 0,0.770 0 ~ 0.860 0,0.925 0 ~ 0.966 0 And 0.607 0 ~ 0.780 0. Conclusion Nine non-CODIS STRs are highly polymorphic, which may be useful for forensic personal identification and paternity testing.
