建筑施工企业作为一个自主经营、自负盈亏的经营实体,在不断规范和日趋激烈的市场下,需要不断地对企业的内部改革进行深化,并使经营管理体系不断地科学化、合理化,而成本管理的良好与否对企业的盈利能力具有决定性的作用。在本文中,笔者首先对施工企业成本管理的现状以及其中存在的问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出施工企业进行成本管理的措施。
