目的进一步研究常山胡柚Citrus changshan-huyou Y.B.Chang皮中的化学成分。方法利用反复硅胶柱色谱分离和纯化,并通过波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果分离并鉴定了10个化合物,分别为胡柚甲素(2′-羟基-丙二酰-3,4-二羟基-苯甲酸,Ⅰ)、3′-羟基-4′,5,6,7,8-五甲氧基黄酮(Ⅱ)、圣草酚(Ⅲ)、二十四酸(Ⅳ)、十二酸甘油酯(Ⅴ)、新圣草枸橼苷(Ⅵ)、柚皮苷(Ⅶ)、新橙皮苷(Ⅷ)、4-甲氧基-3-羟基苯甲酸(Ⅸ)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(Ⅹ)。结论胡柚甲素为新化合物,这10个化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective To further study the chemical composition of Citrus changshan-huyou Y.B.Chang skin of Changshan Huyou. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography and identified by spectral analysis. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as humectin (2’-hydroxy-malonyl-3,4-dihydroxy-benzoic acid, (Ⅱ), eriodictyol (Ⅲ), myristic acid (Ⅳ), glyceryl laurate (Ⅴ), naringin (Ⅵ), naringin (Ⅶ), neohesperidin (Ⅷ), 4-methoxy-3-hydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅸ) and 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅹ). Conclusion Hufumin A is a new compound, and all of these 10 compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
