目的建立液液萃取-气质联用法同时测定水中7种氯苯类化合物(氯苯、1,2二氯苯、1,4二氯苯、1,3,5三氯苯、1,2,3三氯苯、1,2,4三氯苯、六氯苯)及六氯丁二烯的检测方法。方法使用石油醚萃取水中7种氯苯类化合物及六氯丁二烯,通过净化浓缩,利用气相色谱质谱联用仪同时测定。结果各化合物的线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.999,方法的检出限为0.006 9μg/L~0.045μg/L,RSD为3.30%~6.30%,平均加标回收率为93.5%~102.0%。结论此方法能够有效分离和准确测定水中7种氯苯类化合物和六氯丁二烯,对GB/T 5750—2006《生活饮用水标准检测方法》加以改进,提高了方法的灵敏度及工作效率。
Objective To establish a liquid-liquid extraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for simultaneous determination of seven chlorobenzenes (chlorobenzene, 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,4-dichlorobenzene, 1,3,5-trichlorobenzene, Trichlorobenzene, 1,2,4 trichlorobenzene, hexachlorobenzene) and hexachlorobutadiene detection method. Methods Seven kinds of chlorobenzenes and hexachlorobutadiene were extracted from petroleum by petroleum ether, purified and concentrated, and determined simultaneously by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results The linearity of each compound was good with the correlation coefficients> 0.999. The detection limits were 0.006 9 μg / L ~ 0.045 μg / L, RSD was 3.30% ~ 6.30%, and the average recoveries were 93.5% ~ 102.0%. Conclusion This method can effectively separate and accurately determine seven kinds of chlorobenzenes and hexachlorobutadiene in water, improve GB / T 5750-2006 Standard Test Method for Domestic Drinking Water, and improve the sensitivity and work efficiency of the method.
