介绍双流源线性化器(DCSL)和据以工作的SWK-3低温数字温度计。阐述线性化器的原理、特性、温度计的电路结构、技术指标以及实验数据。双流源线性化器和横河线性化器具有同样的线化效果,而在远传、灵敏度、低自热方面则优于横河,在非线性参数器件的线性变换中有较普遍的意义。其效果已在张家口市电子研究所开发的SWK-3数字温度计、中国科学院电工研究所低温测试中心的现场测试中得到证实。
Describes the dual-stream source linearizer (DCSL) and the working SWK-3 cryogenic digital thermometer. Describe the principle of linearizer, characteristics, thermometer circuit structure, technical indicators and experimental data. The dual-stream source linearizer and Yokogawa linearizer have the same linearization effect, but are superior to Yokogawa in terms of remote sensing, sensitivity and low self-heating, and have a more general meaning in linear transformation of nonlinear parameter devices. The effect has been confirmed by the on-site testing of SWK-3 digital thermometer developed by Zhangjiakou Institute of Electronics and Cryogenic Test Center of Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
