建立了某汽车行李箱内板有限元模拟模型,并利用PAM-STAMP2G软件进行冲压模拟仿真,得到了零件成形后的厚度云图和缺陷分布图,指出了零件冲压缺陷的形成原因。并研究探讨了压边力、冲压速度、凸凹模间隙三个关键的工艺参数对于冲压质量的影响,得出了相对合适的冲压工艺参数。
The finite element simulation model of the trunk inner panel of a car was established and the stamping simulation was carried out by using PAM-STAMP2G software. The thickness profile and the defect distribution chart of the part after forming were obtained, and the reasons for the formation of part stamping defects were pointed out. The influences of blank holder force, pressing speed, punch and die gap on the stamping quality were studied. The suitable stamping process parameters were obtained.
