人们经常把长寿看作是衡量幸福的重要指标,但长寿并不是很容易就能达到的,有历史记载中国历代帝王大都曾想方设法达到健康长寿甚至长生不老,结果却还没有普通人的寿命长,根据资料记载和我们的调查取证发现很多武艺高强的武术家往往能够长寿,而且活到八九十岁的高龄,仍然身体灵活、体格健壮。从这不难发现练习武术和健康长寿具有很强的相关性。文章运用专家访谈法、文献资料法、比较分析法等研究方法,研究发现老武术家的健康长寿不仅是因为武术本身的养生作用,还因为老武术家们大都(1)注重良好的饮食作息习惯;(2)具备冬练三九夏练三伏的意志品质;(3)有良好的精神修养,知足常乐的心态;(4)明医理、擅长医术;(5)遵循道家学说的养生观;(6)重视自身道德修养;(7)爱好广泛、琴棋书画皆通;(8)乐于交友,喜欢与人交往。
People often regard longevity as an important measure of happiness, but longevity is not easily attained. Most Chinese historical emperors have tried to reach the goal of health, longevity and even immortality. As a result, the life span of ordinary people has not been long, According to the data records and our investigation and evidence collection, many martial artists with martial arts skills often live longer and are still able to live a long and healthy life in their 80s and 90s. It is not hard to find that there is a strong correlation between practicing martial arts and health and longevity. The article uses the methods of expert interviews, literature review and comparative analysis to find out that the health and longevity of the old martial artists are not only because of the health effects of the martial arts itself, but also because most of the old martial artists mostly focus on the good eating habits ; (2) with winter training thirty-nine summer volts willpower quality; (3) have a good spiritual accomplishment, contentment mentality; (4) Ming medicine, good at medicine; (5) follow the Taoist doctrine health outlook; (6) attach importance to their own moral accomplishment; (7) a wide range of hobbies, poetry and painting all through; (8) willing to make friends, like to interact with others.
