选取10种级配,以混合料的结构密实性、浸水车辙稳定性和压实性能为基础,提出了在高温多雨地区,满足表面层混合料结构和性能要求的连续密级配的选择方法,研究表明:最大密实线和Superpave控制点可作为了解混合料结构、压实性和永久变形特性的参数依据;在最大密实线和控制点下限之间选取连续密级配,可使混合料兼具良好的结构密实性、浸水车辙稳定性和压实性能,混合料也因此更适用于环境因素复杂的高温多雨地区。
Based on the structural compactness of the mixture, the rut stability and compaction performance of the flooding, the method of selecting continuous gradation to meet the structural and performance requirements of the surface layer mixture was put forward. The results show that the maximum density line and Superpave control point can be used as parameters to understand the structure, compaction and permanent deformation characteristics of the mixture. The continuous dense grading between the maximum density line and the lower limit of the control point can make the mixture have good Compact structure, flooding rut stability and compaction performance, the mixture is therefore more suitable for complex high temperature and rainy areas.
