随着服装产业竞争的加剧,为了提升产品的竞争力,越来越多的服装企业参与到服装面料的试制中来。由于服装面料的试制质量好坏直接关系到品牌服装的质量和款式,因此,如何提高服装面料试制质量成为品牌服装企业关注的焦点。本文着重解决在服装面料试制中,如何通过合同设计来提高服装面料的试制质量。研究采用建立试制交易博弈模型的方法,对最优试制合同主要参数所应满足的条件进行了深入探讨,得出服装面料试制应采用变动合同的形式,根据试制企业的创新能力、工艺开发能力不同,而提供不同合同的结论。
With the aggravation of competition in the apparel industry, in order to enhance the competitiveness of products, more and more apparel companies to participate in the trial production of apparel fabrics. As the quality of the trial fabric is directly related to the quality and style of the brand clothing, how to improve the quality of the trial fabric became the focus of the brand clothing enterprises. This article focuses on how to improve the trial quality of apparel fabrics through contract design in the trial production of apparel fabrics. The research adopts the method of establishing game model of trial trading and deeply discusses the conditions that should be satisfied for the main parameters of the optimal trial contract. It concludes that the trial version of apparel fabrics should adopt the form of change contract. According to the innovation capability of the trial manufacturing enterprises, , And provide different conclusions of the contract.
