2005年3月,德国通过修订后的《职业教育法》,将职业教育分成四种基本形式:职业准备教育、职业初级教育、职业进修教育和职业改行教育。德国主要采用“双元制”形式进行职业初级教育。根据新颁《职业教育法》《职业教育条例》,对各类教育职业的名称,受教育期限(2—3年)、该职业的基本能力特征(包括技能、知识和综合能力)、组织教学框架计划(教学内容和时间安排),以及相应的考试等都有明确的规定。德国的职业培训条例和框架教学计划,是“双元制”职业教育的法律依据。“职业培训条例”是企业实施实践的指导性文件;“框架
In March 2005, Germany adopted the revised Vocational Education Law, which divides vocational education into four basic forms: vocational preparation education, vocational primary education, vocational advanced education and vocational education. Germany mainly adopts the ”dual system“ form of vocational primary education.
