黄梅戏艺术是国家级非物质文化遗产,但目前经历着发展的低谷。本文在将黄梅戏与流行文化和主流文化对比分析的基础上,提出黄梅戏传承中的人才培育体系的设想,并从基础性培育体系、专业性培育体系、研究性培育体系和群众性培育体系四方面详细地阐述了如何进行构建。
